Our butcher ready Quail are our full grown male birds that are at least 8 weeks old. They provide a larger amount of meat comparied to the female birds and are perfect for a farm to table meal. They are great for any kind of way you want to fix them including frying, grilling, smoking, or baking to just name a few.
